Family
Colin and Weston are brothers and approach every new assignment and client in a collaborative way that only family can. Our clients and our work are a part of discussions both in and out of the office. We are both raising families in the Colorado Springs community and have a deeply vested interest in the success of our clients and the community that we call home.

Weston Thomas has been working in commercial brokerage since 2010 where he specializes in investment sales. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Weston attended Colorado State University (graduating with degrees in Finance and Real Estate as well as a minor in Economics), was an analyst with Smith Barney and a Portfolio Manager for American National Bank's Wealth Management department. Weston's financial background gives him a unique perspective on the real estate markets and their place as a competitive asset class to traditional equity and fixed-income investments. Since 2010, Weston has quickly become one of the Colorado Springs' premier mid-market leasing and sales agents, Winning CoStar’s Power Broker award for sales in 2017 and 2020. Weston was an associate at Landmark Commercial Group and a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Colorado Springs Commercial. His focus on direct, targeted marketing is designed to produce fast, tangible results for property owners.

Colin Thomas has been a licensed real estate broker in Colorado since 2015. Prior to his career in real estate, Colin attended Metro State University in Denver, Colorado graduating with a degree in Aviation Technology. Colin then worked as an Aircraft Broker for Gantt Aviation in Georgetown, TX before moving back to Colorado to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. Colin is a focused and aggressive retail and office leasing agent whose approach relies heavily on direct in-person marketing and establishing long term relationships with his clients.
