We don’t just work in Colorado Springs, we live here and are invested in the community. We believe that profits and positive community outcomes are not mutually exclusive. We seek tenancy that enriches communities as well as revenue and always look to existing users, neighbors and surrounding areas in identifying good fits in office buildings, retail centers, and industrial projects. When working on redevelopment projects, we work hard to identify projects which are under-serving their neighbors and look to add value for our owners, tenants and the people who will become customers, patients and clients of the tenants in each project.
